The Logistics
All reservations cover the full Burning Man 2026 event week. Exact dates confirmed with your booking.
The fleet is based near Reno, NV. Pickup is arranged ahead of the event.
Optional delivery (+$2,000) — your RV is delivered to Black Rock City and picked up after the event.
Off-grid power for A/C, microwave and outlets. Run 3–5 hours/day to keep batteries charged.
Every RV departs with a full freshwater tank (20–60 gal). Refill on the playa — empty grey water first.
Fuels water heater, furnace, stove, oven and fridge. A full supply is included — no refills needed.
Please return the RV with tanks dumped. Remove all personal items, empty the fridge, and dispose of all trash.
A $2,000 refundable deposit is collected at reservation and returned after a standard vehicle inspection.
